# Send Emails

You can also simplify your workflow in another way. Let's say that some businesses that you are working with, are not using Cargoland, but you want to send them information about Freights & Vehicles that you have to offer, without doing extra work. That's made easy with Cargoland.

Simply navigate to "Dashboard" and then select your post type ( Freight, Vehicle, Round-trip) and click on "Prepare Email" and you will be able to select posts that you want to share with others.

After you've selected the posts, click on "Confirm" and you will be prompted with Email template that you can just select and copy, to send as an Email.
